“Above and Beyond Doesn’t Begin to Cover It.” Sam Miskowicz was more than a real estate agent for our move from NYC to SoCal - he was a trusted guide through every step. From finding the right neighborhoods and properties to connecting us with great professionals for closing and renovations, Sam made a cross-country move feel easy. He even checked on our home during renovations to keep things on track. We can’t recommend him highly enough - Sam doesn’t just sell houses, he helps people start new lives.

Great staff helping the customers first, and very polite and respectful, and if you leave a voicemail within an hour, a call back or text letting you know you are important, as if you were a millionaire, thanks to your help team.

Crown and Coast properties are one of the best that I’ve ever worked with; Christian Bubion is professional and very knowledgeable. I would not use anyone else to work with for the purchase of other properties. I see this company growing, becoming extremely successful, and becoming the number one brokerage in Southern California.

He really listened to what we wanted and was honest and helpful every step of the way. You could tell he genuinely cared about finding the right fit for us, not just closing a deal.
